Websites

A website can:

  • be a vital tool for publicising your museum
  • provide information about what you offer to schools
  • provide downloadable resources
  • provide information about access to your museum
  • give virtual access to a building or collections which otherwise might be inaccessible
  • provide research material for pupils.

The golden rule of good website design is to decide what you want your site to do, and then use technology to achieve this goal.
